Weather Snow Boots or Mini Skirts?

Fellow Social Atlantian's, What is going on with our weather? It snows one day and it's a beach day the next. I know everyone it highly anticipating the arrival of fab spring trends to rock, a more permanent warmer temperatures, and beach parties....I get excitied just typing it, I adore the beach it's a tranquil place.
